Packet Pick-up & Registration Information

2021 IN-PERSON RACE PACKETS MUST BE PICKED UP AT PACKET PICKUP. NO PACKETS WILL BE MAILED.

PACKETS WILL BE MAILED ONLY TO RUNNERS WHO PURCHASE THE VIRTUAL RACE OPTION.

Instructions

1. Please bring your bib# to help streamline the packet pickup process. If you can’t locate your bib number, don’t worry! You can look it up at packet pickup.
2. You must show a copy of an ID with name and date of birth matching your registration information if you’re picking up pre-ordered gear with your packet.
3. Someone else may pick up your packet with a copy of your ID. A photo of an ID on a phone is acceptable.
4. All runner gear ordered at the time of registration MUST be picked up at time of packet pickup. We will NOT accept any requests to mail gear. This ONLY applies to runners who registered for the in person race. Virtual runners will have their packets mailed. 
5. Runners needing to CHANGE their packet pickup location to RACE DAY should visit www.events.com by 4:30 p.m. CST on Saturday, 10/16 and select “Add Race Day Pickup.”

 

Packet Pickup & Registration Locations:

      1. St. Charles Packet Pickup (Runners must register for this option online by 11:59 p.m. CST on 10/12)
        Thursday, October 14, 5 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
        Location: Dick Pond Athletics, 303 N. Second St., St. Charles, IL
      2. Naperville Packet Pickup  (Outdoor/Walk Up Only) 
        Friday, October 15, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
        Saturday October 16, 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
        Location: Edward Hospital – Main Campus, Lot C  (Click for a Google Map)
      3. Race Day Pickup for 5K Runners
        Sunday, October 17, 5:30 a.m. – 6:45 a.m.
        Location: Rubin Community Center, 305 Jackson Ave., Naperville
        Race Day Packet Pickup is complimentary for 5K runners ONLY
        Any available merchandise will be sold on race day at the Command Center Tent, located on the northeast corner of Jackson Ave. and Eagle St. from 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., subject to availability.
      4. Race Day Packet Pickup for Half Marathon Runners (available only to runners who pre-registered for this option)
        Sunday, October 17, 5:30 a.m. – 6:45 a.m.
        Location: Rubin Community Center, 305 Jackson Ave., Naperville

Runners needing to CHANGE their packet pickup location to RACE DAY MUST CHANGE THEIR PACKET PICKUP LOCATION ONLINE by 4:30 p.m. CST on 10/16.

 

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP FOR HALF MARATHON REQUIREMENTS:

  • YOU MUST SELECT THIS OPTION ONLINE when you register, or change to this location ONLINE before 4:30 p.m. CST on Saturday, October 16.  Email requests to change to race day packet pickup will not be accepted.
  • $30 fee due at time of online race day packet pickup registration.
  • You must show an ID with name and date of birth matching your registration information.
  • If you prepaid for race day packet pickup, you also have the option to pickup your packet during Friday/Saturday packet pickup.
